Accountmanager in Amsterdam

Nextens, part of RELX, is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager. In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers and prospects and help them get the maximum value from our online tax solutions.

You will work from home or from our office in Amsterdam and will be in daily contact with customers and prospects via telephone, online meetings, and digital channels. With your commercial drive, you know how to build trust, understand customer needs, and translate these into appropriate solutions.

You are curious about our customers' challenges and know how to recognize opportunities to further bring our products and services to their attention. Together with internal teams, you will work on achieving growth and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

• You build and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makers within customer organizations and ensure high customer satisfaction;
• You identify, develop, and close new commercial opportunities.
• You create demand for our products and services by making their added value visible to customers and prospects;
• You achieve revenue targets by further expanding existing customer accounts and leveraging commercial opportunities;
• You regularly conduct evaluation and strategic meetings with customers to properly understand their needs, challenges, and objectives;
• You collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and offer the right solutions.

• You possess strong communication skills and know how to build influential relationships with customers and stakeholders;
• You work in a structured manner and are able to achieve objectives and meet deadlines within existing processes and guidelines;
• You understand the key challenges and commercial drivers of customers and use these insights to recognize opportunities and achieve results;
• You have experience in sales and account management and are motivated to further deepen your knowledge of products and solutions;
• You are analytically strong, can solve problems independently, and know how to make the right decisions based on available information.
