Client Contact Representative (NOK Clinics Nieuwegein) - 24 to 32 hours per week

For our location in Nieuwegein, we are looking for a proactive and commercial Client Contact Representative for 24 to 32 hours per week, effective immediately.

What will you do?
As a Client Contact Representative, you are the first voice clients hear when they contact us. Every day, you speak on the phone with people who have signed up via our website for more information or who want to schedule an intake directly.

You know how to quickly get to the core of a matter, ask the right questions, and perfectly sense what a client needs. You think along actively, identify opportunities, and take action. You work closely with the care coordinators of NOK Clinics and, when necessary, have contact with the doctor or coach. You switch effortlessly between different communication tools and tailor your communication to the situation. Thanks to your flexibility and commercial sense, you ensure that clients feel welcome and that they are clearly informed about our treatment possibilities.

·         Is handy in the online world and quickly picks up systems, including our EHR and CRM system (Hubspot)

·         Works independently, but knows when to involve others

·         Is curious, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly

·         Has an MBO+ work and thinking level

·         Speaks fluent Dutch

You work during office hours, starting at 08:30, with days to be partially determined in consultation. You are available on Mondays and Wednesdays at the very least. You do not always have to work full days; there is room to arrange your hours flexibly. We do not work on weekends and are closed on public holidays.
