Production Engineer – Truck Assemblage

You are responsible for the continuous improvement of product and process quality within Truck Assemblage. You will be involved in:

You foresee the impact of intended changes in product, process, or environment and validate the impact through early testing.

• Continuously improving production processes to improve the KPIs of safety, quality, delivery reliability, and costs, in collaboration with multifunctional Continuous Improvement Teams (CVTs);
• Supporting the Production Teams with more complex product or process problems in the production process (troubleshooting);
• Implementing small and large product changes. Challenges lie in various interesting fields, such as process design (layout and equipment), logistics, and automation. For this, you will work together with internal and external customers and suppliers;
• Participating in or leading project teams, focused on the development and implementation of process projects, such as the purchase of new installations or the design of new production processes;
