Job description

As a Graduation Intern - Supplier Portal Strategy & Design, you will investigate how DAF can best develop a professional supplier portal where suppliers can easily find the information, tools, and support they need. You will be responsible for conducting independent research and translating your findings into a practical recommendation and implementation roadmap.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting interviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations;
• Benchmarking supplier portals used by leading automotive and industrial companies;
• Investigating best practices in supplier communication, self-service portals, and knowledge management;
• Analysing current supplier communication channels, processes, and pain points;
• Defining functional and non-functional requirements for a future supplier portal;
• Delivering a business case, strategic recommendation, and implementation roadmap for DAF
