About the team
The Support Team plays an important role within the Services Production Line regarding the delivery of repair, overhaul, service parts, and modification services. Quality control, production planning, technical work preparation, asset management, production engineering, and logistical support are the key functions that together make the Support Team a success.

About your future job
The Technical Work Preparer (TWV) plays a crucial role in various stages of the production, overhaul, and repair processes of the service department.
For the production of new spares and during the overhaul of complete sub-systems (periodically planned maintenance), you develop the bills of materials and routes in the preparatory phase - in close consultation with engineering, logistics, and production - and actively maintain these in Windchill PLM and ERP Oracle.
During the execution phase, you are the first point of contact for technical questions from various departments and you follow these up. Where necessary, you write corrective change proposals to rectify deficiencies in documentation or product.

As a TWV, you also play a preparatory, controlling, and coordinating role in the repair process of products returning from customers. Here, you determine, for example, if and where the product can best be repaired. You also coordinate with the executing departments regarding what needs to be done, and you use this information as input for the repair route and cost price calculation.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Enriching and keeping production bills of materials and routes up to date so that production departments can perform the work smoothly and efficiently;
• Coordinating with production departments regarding work to be performed and planning;
• Providing advice on the manufacturability and repairability of products;
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and quality.

• You have completed a (technical) education at MBO+ level or have acquired equivalent through experience;
• You have experience in a production environment and an interest in various production techniques and disciplines;
• You have knowledge of or affinity with logistics and planning;
• You work in a structured manner and know how to distinguish between main and secondary matters, even during hectic periods;
• You can express yourself well in speech and writing and have a command of the English language.
• You are a team player, resourceful, proactive, flexible, customer-oriented, and enjoy taking on new challenges and learning new things.
• Experience with an ERP system (preferably Oracle) is a plus.
