Customer Service Representative Energy 32 - 40 hours

• Speaking and writing good Dutch for effective communication with our customers.
• Due to the working hours, you must be at least 18 years old on your first working day.
• During the onboarding period, you will follow training sessions via a fixed schedule, and we will prepare you full-time for the job in 2 weeks.
• You are available between 20 and 40 hours per week.
• You can work one weekend every two weeks.
• We check all candidates in the FAD register.

• A starting salary of € 14.45 gross per hour.
• You receive a maximum of € 45.00 net monthly to ensure you are easily reachable when working from home.

• As a customer service representative, you help customers via telephone and email. You do this so well that they will start smiling.
• Answering questions about the energy contract, the energy bill, installment amounts, consumption, and meter readings.
• Developing yourself. Learning everything about the energy market and growing within the entire organization.

• We work hybrid, so you don't have to come to our brand-new office in Utrecht every day, but we love seeing you live on a regular basis.
• We apply a maximum travel time of 45 minutes by public transport (one way).
• Working full-time (32 or 40) or part-time (20 - 24) is possible. Work can take place from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday between 09:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

As a Customer Service Representative Energy, you call and email customers with questions about their energy contract at Coolblue.
