Work Preparer Healthcare Technology 24–32 hours | Almere

Projects succeed or fail with perfect preparation. Your preparation ensures that our skilled professionals can get to work immediately on location. You prepare project orders, ensure that smartphones and other project hardware are properly prepared, and carefully process individual orders.

For our team, we are looking for a Work Planner Healthcare Technology who works accurately, maintains an overview, and enjoys working with technology and materials.

As a Work Planner, you work within our business office and support the preparation of healthcare technology projects. You work closely with your colleagues from Project Support and with the project teams. You ensure that project hardware and orders are carefully prepared, so that the right items are available for the projects.

You will primarily be involved in:

• Preparing orders for projects;

• Configuring smartphones and other project hardware;

• Handling individual orders, including labeling and scanning hardware;

• Carefully processing project materials according to the agreed procedure;

• Supporting your colleagues from Project Support where necessary.

You work in a structured manner and have an eye for detail. This allows your colleagues to trust that the project hardware is well-prepared and ends up correctly with the right tasks.

• You work accurately and enjoy working according to clear processes;

• You have MBO or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in an electrotechnical or installation technology direction;

• You have an affinity for data and network cabling, or want to further develop in this area;

• You have an interest in smartphones, hardware, and technical support;

• You can switch well between different tasks and maintain an overview;

• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;

• Experience with similar activities is a plus.
