You begin with a unique Business Course. Together with other starters, you will work on challenging assignments, receive coaching, and develop skills such as collaboration, communication, and personal leadership. Two weeks full of growth and connection. Upon your return, you will start a substantive training program where you choose a specialization within Java Development, such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Microservices Architecture. You will learn to work with modern AI development tools and techniques and you will immediately obtain relevant certifications.

After two months of training, the time has come: you head into the field! Together, we will look at which assignment suits you best. You will be seconded to large organizations in the Northeast Netherlands region, such as clients like DUO, Police, and RDW. You will be involved in the development, construction, optimization, and implementation of Java applications and backend solutions using innovative AI tools. You will tackle challenging technical issues and develop into a strong professional within the Java field.

• Starting salary of € 3,730 (incl. mobility allowance of €750 and holiday pay);

• Starter with ambition towards Java Development and AI tools;
• HBO or WO degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a directly related technical field;
• First relevant experience via internship or work;
• Relevant experience with AI-supported development;
• Knowledge of Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate;
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular;
• Strong communication skills and an analytical eye;
• Residing in Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe, or Overijssel.
