The ESM Consultant focuses on all of the Service Integration and Service Management lifecycle stages and associated processes. They are a recognized subject matter expert in one or more of the lifecycle stages or processes. They are an expert in related areas such as governance, industry standards or regulatory compliance.

Due to the strong growth of our team and the increasing demand from our clients, we are looking for IT Process Consultants to strengthen our team. You will support the design and improvement of IT Service Management and Service Integration solutions. You will work together with clients and internal teams to develop innovative solutions and implement best practices. You will help optimize business processes and thus contribute to the success of our clients.

The team you will be part of is responsible for delivering IT Management and Service Integration solutions and offers a wide range of services, from strategic advice to the delivery and implementation of projects. The team consists of experienced consultants who advise clients on designing and improving IT Service Management solutions. They work closely with clients to develop innovative solutions and support developers and project and commercial teams. Additionally, they organize workshops with internal and external stakeholders to improve the user experience and acceptance of IT Service Management.

As an IT Process Consultant at Capgemini, you play an important role in designing and improving IT Service Management and Service Integration and Management solutions, through which you contribute directly to the success of our clients. You work closely with clients and internal teams to develop innovative solutions and spread best practices. Your contribution helps us help companies optimize and transform their business processes.

• Strong communication skills to be able to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge and experience with IT management, IT Governance, ITIL or other management models. SIAM (Service Integration and Management) is a plus.
• Problem-solving ability to quickly and creatively find solutions for complex challenges.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to continuously learn and develop yourself in a dynamic environment.
