The Digital Process Excellence (DPE) team is part of Corporate Services Transformation in the advisory branch of KPMG. Our team is dedicated to improving customers' business processes using innovative technology. This concerns a wide range of processes, from Finance to HR, and everything in between. Together with the customer, we investigate where improvements can be implemented in productivity, quality, costs, and customer satisfaction. For this, we use methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and technologies such as RPA, Chatbots, Low-Code, and Process Mining.

As a Senior Mendix Consultant, you are responsible for the projects in which we support our customers in developing applications using the Mendix platform. You are the technical linchpin of the Scrum team, making the translation from the functional wishes of the end user to high-quality software. Additionally, you guide junior developers in their development and think along about the possibilities to position Mendix within the digital strategy of our customers. Alongside the role of Mendix Consultant, there is the opportunity to develop yourself broadly and specialize in other digitalization techniques from our Digital Stack, such as RPA, Process Mining, and (Gen)AI. In this, you act as a bridge between Business and IT and you are able to explain the complexity of these technologies to the customer in an understandable way. There is also plenty of room to run your own (sub)projects, such as coming up with a new application for one of the technologies in our digital stack. Additionally, you will be guided in your development and have freedom of choice in the training that suits you! Think of specialist training tailored to your needs (for example, in enterprise architecture) or consultancy skills (such as public speaking or project management).

• Completed University Master's degree, preferably at the intersection of Business Administration/Economics and Technology.
• You have knowledge of and demonstrable affinity with technological and operational process improvement.
• You possess at least 3 years of experience as a Mendix developer
• You have demonstrable experience working in an Agile environment, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and (Cloud) Architecture
• Knowledge of web development (HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript) and applying APIs (SOAP/XML, REST, and OData)
• You possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience within IT consultancy or with project-based (implementation) work.
• Possession of a Mendix Advanced Developer certificate is a plus
• Fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, is a hard requirement
• You think conceptually, work in an organized manner, and want to be challenged by complex issues.

• You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively apply this technology in your daily work.

• Gross monthly salary between € 3,965 and € 5,050 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home office allowance per working day.
