• Salary based on knowledge and experience between € 3,252.- and € 4,770.- (FWG45) based on 40 hours per week in accordance with the ZKN collective labor agreement

In this commercial and service-oriented role, you are the first point of contact for our clients and you work closely with the medical specialist to deliver high-quality care.

As a commercial consultant, you are the point of contact for our clients in the Den Bosch clinic. You facilitate the unique client journey of Bey by Bergman Clinics by assisting the medical specialist during consultations. During one-on-one consultations with clients, you provide optimal service to the client after the medical specialist has completed the consultation. Additionally, you coordinate all administrative, supportive, and logistical activities of the medical specialist and his/her clients.

• Proactively informing clients of the unique and special quality of our services and emphasizing the beautiful result of our high-quality treatments

• Planning the treatment in consultation with the client, with care for a good follow-up

• Guiding clients from intake through to the treatment and during aftercare

• Effectively planning the treatment

• Performing aftersales and cross-selling of our products and treatments

• Managing the client file and handling other administration

• Following up on scheduled contact moments, incoming calls, and email (customer care)

• You are commercial, client-oriented, socially skilled, and have a great sense of responsibility

• You find it important that clients are satisfied and well-informed by listening attentively to the wishes of the clients

• You think along regarding possibilities and guide them with care and discretion through the decision-making process

• You are proactive, you have an entrepreneurial mindset and organizational skills through which you can set priorities and maintain an overview when it is busy

• 2-5 years of work experience in a commercial and service-oriented environment and role

• A great sense of hospitality

• A completed (minimum) MBO level 4 education, think of hotel school, leisure, sales or retail management, or executive secretary

• A flexible attitude regarding days and times (in consultation with the manager)
