• A completed CZO-recognized education as an anesthesia assistant.

• Experience within the operating room environment and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Availability for 9-hour shifts, without evening, night, and weekend shifts.

• A flexible on-call contract (0-hours), where you will be scheduled in good consultation.

• A salary between €4,043 and €6,058 gross per month based on 40 hours (CAO ZKN).

• A scarcity allowance of 10% on top of your gross monthly salary.

As an Anesthesia Assistant On-call, you are an important link within the OR team. You guide clients during a stressful moment, ensure safe anesthesia, and support the anesthesiologist during surgeries. Thanks to your expertise, calmness, and sharp observation skills, clients feel they are in trusted hands and surgeries can proceed optimally.

• You guide and reassure clients prior to anesthesia and surgery.

• You assist the anesthesiologist during operative procedures and ensure a safe execution of the anesthesia process.

• You check and prepare the operating room, anesthesia equipment, and materials for use according to the surgical schedule.

• You continuously monitor the client's condition during the procedure and adjust the anesthesia where necessary.

• You contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality way of working in the OR.

You will work in our focus clinic Bewegen in Rotterdam-Capelle. This modern clinic opened in 2025 and specializes in orthopedic care for clients with, among other things, shoulder, knee, hip, and sports-related complaints.

The location features a hyper-modern OR complex with four operating rooms and its own CSA. Together with your colleagues, you ensure safe and efficient care processes daily. The lines are short, colleagues are happy to help each other, and there is plenty of room for collaboration and knowledge sharing. As a result, you work in a dedicated team where professionalism and job satisfaction go hand in hand.
