Microsoft Solution Architect

• You have a Bachelor's/Master's level of working and thinking
• You have at least 10+ years of experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure PaaS and serverless services (Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus)
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services: API Management, APP Services, Cosmos DB, Azure Kubernetes Service
• Experience with Generative AI
• Experience with hybrid cloud and integration patterns
• Experience with enterprise architecture and solution design
• Experience with DevOps and governance within large organizations
• Experience with modeling (UML, C4 Model) and documentation of architectures
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
• Experience with Observability (Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Open Telemetry)
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (Azure AD, OpenID Connect)
• Knowledge of Secure Software Development
• Knowledge of Security by Design (data privacy, compliance, and cybersecurity standards)

As a Microsoft Solutions Architect, you are the technical and strategic figurehead of our Microsoft domain. You combine the depth of a technical expert with the breadth of a Thought Leader: you set the course for complex, cloud-native custom solutions on Azure, inspire both colleagues and customers, and meanwhile actively continue to build the Microsoft cluster within C&CA.

• Architecture & Vision - You define cloud-native reference architectures in .NET 8+, C# 12 and Azure PaaS services (AKS, App Service, Functions, APIM, Service Bus).
• Thought Leadership - You share best practices regarding GitHub Copilot, Azure Open AI, DAPR and event-driven integrations via blogs, conference talks and internal "deep-dive" sessions.
• Trusted Advisor - C-level stakeholders rely on your advice regarding cloud migrations, platform modernization and generative AI roadmaps.
• RFP-leadership - You orchestrate the response to RFPs: from win-strategy to solution design & TCO substantiation.
• Community-builder - You coach Senior Consultants, set up guilds for topics such as DevSecOps and AI, and grow a culture of knowledge sharing.
