PMO towards Project Management Track

Are you an ambitious PMO professional ready for the next step? In our Project Management Track, you will develop yourself from an experienced PMO role into a successful Project Manager. You will build further on your knowledge of project support, governance, and control, while gaining more responsibility within projects and change processes.

As a participant in the Project Management Track, you are already a strong PMO professional and want to further develop yourself towards project leadership. You understand how projects are managed and are ready to take more ownership within complex client environments.

• • You develop in stakeholder management, decision-making, and project control;
  • You monitor planning, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies;
  • You translate data and reports into concrete insights and actions;
  • You learn how to guide teams and bring stakeholders along in changes;
  • You utilize AI, automation, and data solutions to manage projects more intelligently and effectively;
  • You build experience in managing project components and grow step-by-step into an independent Project Manager role;
  • You actively contribute to the further professionalization of project management at clients.

• You make an impact within Sogeti's experienced delivery organization, where craftsmanship, ownership, and collaboration are central;
• You join a close-knit community, with which you can brainstorm about challenges, but where much is also done regarding knowledge sharing through community days, open forums, and intervision sessions;
• You receive guidance from experienced Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and leaders within Sogeti;
• You develop both professionally and personally in the areas of leadership, communication, and influence;
• You follow training and certifications in the fields of project management, agile working, stakeholder management, and AI;

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €7,100, gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking;
• You have at least 2 to 5 years of experience as a PMO or in a similar project support role;
• You have an affinity with project management and the ambition to grow into a Project Manager position;
• Certifications such as P3O, PRINCE2 Foundation, IPMA, Lean, or Agile-related certifications are a plus;
• You are curious about the possibilities of AI, data, and automation within project management;
• You are communicatively strong and switch easily between stakeholders at different levels;
• You demonstrate ownership, entrepreneurship, and leadership potential;
• You master the Dutch language (C1) in speech and writing.
