As Manager Risk & Compliance, you fulfill an important role. You are responsible for monitoring the process and ensuring the quality of (complex) audits. You motivate your team to contribute together to the professionalization and development of the risk management and compliance department, which focuses on issues arising from internal and external governance requirements, risk management, or compliance.

You will also put your entrepreneurial mindset to work advising our clients on control measures. With your extensive experience in handling risk management or compliance issues, you identify and investigate risks and map them out accurately. You draw up appropriate beliefs and procedures that further help our national and international clients - such as investment firms, insurers and pension funds.
