Project Manager Urban Development

At Aveco de Bondt, we work with pleasure and ambition to improve our living environment. For our growing Eindhoven office, we are looking for a Project Manager Urban Development who feels at home in complex spatial challenges and truly wants to make a difference. Someone who knows how to connect parties, bridge opposing interests, and actually bring projects to execution.

You will lead our contribution to integrated location and area developments. Whether it concerns inner-city transformations, the redevelopment of business parks, or expansion sites: you keep the course. You will be given the space to take initiative, participate in decisions regarding commercial actions, and serve your own network of clients—such as municipalities, property developers, and construction companies.

Specifically in Eindhoven, there are beautiful opportunities to grow alongside regional area challenges as well as our ambitions as a team.

Work arrangement: Eindhoven location (partial remote work is possible)
Experience level: medior / senior Salary range
€ 5,000 - € 7,500,-

In many urban area developments, there is a need for strong project leaders or 'area managers' who bring different parties together, provide direction, and adjust course where necessary. Assertiveness, decisiveness, and creativity are crucial in this regard. You possess those qualities. You interface with governments, designers, legal experts, and developers, and you know how to create momentum.

• Completed relevant HBO/University degree

• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager within the physical domain

• Knowledge of government bodies (municipalities, provinces, and RWS) and/or property developers
