You have an important role in this practice. As a senior manager, you combine substantive expertise with management, client responsibility, and leadership. You lead the team, prepare and review more complex returns, and manage tax reporting projects. You are a substantive sparring partner for clients, auditors, the Tax Authorities, and other stakeholders. You oversee the broader client issue, proactively identify advisory opportunities, and leverage chances to further optimize tax processes. Additionally, you review complex tax positions and tax accounting issues and safeguard the quality and progress of our services.

With your experience, you also make a difference within the practice. You coach tax specialists, challenge them to develop further, and give them the space to take on more responsibility. In doing so, you work closely with partners and colleagues both domestically and abroad, connecting knowledge and expertise across teams and disciplines. In this way, as a senior manager, you have an impact on clients, colleagues, and the further development of the tax compliance & reporting practice.
