As a Technology Risk Assurance Manager (IT Audit), with a focus on the Government sector, the basis of your profession is ensuring that with your knowledge and leadership qualities, you are able to play a connecting role between our government clients and your colleagues. You are a key figure in our Technology Risk Assurance team. You guide all kinds of IT assurance assignments in the fields of broad IT and digitalization, information security (including ENSIA, DigiD, NIS2) and privacy (including Wpg) - in the form of audit, assurance or advisory - focused on complex IT environments at our government clients. In doing so, you work closely with your team to achieve high-quality results. Certainly with your solution-oriented approach, you succeed in this for your clients, regardless of the complexity of the situation and assignment.

Both BDO as a whole, and the Technology Risk Assurance (TRA) department, have the objective to further expand the services to the (broad) Government sector in the coming years (including Central Government, ZBOs, Provinces and Municipalities). In a number of government sectors, BDO already holds a very strong market position. To strengthen our TRA Government team, there is a prime opportunity specifically in the Southwest region (The Hague / Rotterdam) to play a decisive role here.
