Senior manager IT-Audit

• Salary: for this position, a salary between € 5,774 and € 9,624 gross per month applies, depending on your knowledge and experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

• Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.

• Remote work allowance: € 2.45 per remote work day and a € 40 net internet allowance per month.

• Sustainable travel: € 0.30 per car-km for commuting, € 0.40 (€ 0.25 net) per bicycle/walking kilometer. On top of that, a full public transport allowance or—if more than 7,500 business km/year—an electric lease car or mobility budget. When driving electric, you receive € 0.40 per kilometer.

Provide direction, take responsibility, and actively help build a practice that is rapidly developing. You will do this as a senior manager IT audit at aaff in Dordrecht. You will have a visible and strategic role in the further positioning and professionalization of our audit and assurance practice. In this way, you will help shape the future of IT audit within our organization.

• You provide direction to the integration of IT and data analysis within audit and assurance engagements, establishing the connection between IT risks and financial statement audits.

• You are a strong advisor for clients on IT issues and help them give practical shape to improvements in IT processes and control measures.

• You manage IT audit and assurance activities, including ISAE 3402, privacy, and SOC 2 engagements, at organizations in various sectors.

• You actively contribute to the further positioning, professionalization, and growth of the IT audit practice within aaff and take visible ownership in this process.

• You maintain and develop client relationships, identify advisory opportunities, and translate these into appropriate IT audit and assurance solutions.

• You coach and guide colleagues, transfer knowledge, and help less experienced IT audit colleagues to further develop.

• You are a connecting sparring partner for colleagues in the audit practice and know how to create momentum with your proactive and decisive personality.

IT, data, and digitalization are becoming increasingly important for the quality of audits and the reliability of financial information. You bring substantive depth, seniority, and oversight, and you know how to bridge the gap between technology, risks, processes, and financial statement audits. From your role, you will contribute ideas regarding the course of our IT audit services and act as a sparring partner for clients, colleagues, and partners within the audit practice.

You work for diverse organizations and are a strong interlocutor for clients and colleagues. One moment you are advising boards or management on the design and control of IT processes, the next you are providing direction to work in the areas of ISAE 3402, privacy audits, SOC 2, or other assurance engagements. In doing so, you look beyond the audit alone: you see risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex IT issues into practical and valuable insights. You also identify commercial opportunities, further develop client relationships, and help strengthen our services both substantively and with a market focus.
