Connecting your world
As a Quality Assurance Advisor, you ensure that Major Projects demonstrably meet the highest quality standards and provide management with the insights needed to make investment and stage-gate decisions with confidence. How exactly you realize this? That is up to you. We trust in the way you pursue goals with enthusiasm and determination, know how to convince others of your vision, and overcome obstacles with confidence. You will apply your talents to:
- developing and implementing the program-wide Quality Management System (QMS) that provides direction for quality, governance, and control within Major Projects.
- performing and leading internal and contractor audits to objectively determine whether projects meet quality, contract, and program requirements.
- advising project directors, management, and teams on quality risks, improvement measures, and the readiness of projects for important decision-making moments.
- analyzing quality data, deviations, audits, and trends, and translating these into concrete improvement initiatives that structurally increase project performance.
- ensuring that projects possess the correct evidence, procedures, and quality documentation to be demonstrably able to move through stage gates.
You are joining at a unique moment when Delivery Services is being built as a new expertise discipline within Major Projects. From this role, you influence project decisions within programs larger than €250 million, involving more than 15 disciplines, dozens of stakeholders, and more than 50 system integration packages. You operate independently within project teams and act as a critical partner for project directors and management when quality, risks, and progress converge in strategic decision-making.
