The role

As a Service Desk Employee, you are the first point of contact within our organization for all IT-related matters. You ensure that workstations function optimally, technical problems are resolved quickly, and systems run smoothly. Whether you are repairing a laptop, creating an account, or installing a screen in the meeting center, you make sure everything works! You help colleagues with IT questions and malfunctions on-site, via telephone, or through our ticketing system (TOPdesk). You carefully register all reports and actively think along regarding structural solutions for recurring problems. You work with technologies such as Office 365, Intune, and Azure, and you will receive plenty of room to further develop your interest in IT.
