Junior Consultant Tax Real Estate - WO

Once you start as a Junior Consultant Tax Real Estate, you will experience the space to become the best in your field. Therefore, you will also independently perform all resulting activities and translate client issues into tax matters. You will investigate the tax possibilities for specific situations of (real estate) clients and test these against current regulations. Your analytical ability stands out during the: 

• making, for example, of a technical and numerical analysis of the impact of interest deduction measures such as 10a vpb and earning stripping, an analysis of the ATAD2 legislation, and the development of possible solutions.
• supporting the team of BDO appraisers in the field of (tax) real estate valuation issues, local levies, and environmental taxes. 
• the supporting of clients regarding tax sustainability issues (ESG). 

To complete the picture:

• from day 1, a buddy will show you the ropes. They are always close by and will answer all your questions.
• a coach and a mentor are ready for you.
• during the Jumpstart, you will receive all the details about starting at BDO. You will follow this program with other ambitious junior professionals and interns.
