In our Tax Real Estate & Construction team, we are looking for a tax manager. With our multidisciplinary team of driven professionals, we consistently provide added value to our (real estate) clients.

Our field of work is broad: from corporate income tax, sales tax, and transfer tax to local levies and environmental levies. Together, we search for the best solutions for our clients, including property developers, contractors, and real estate investors. But we also make the difference for other clients where real estate plays a role!

We advise, among other things, on the purchase, development, structuring, sale, and management of real estate, and support our clients in realizing this in the most optimal way. In the always dynamic real estate world – with changing laws, regulations, and economic conditions – we make a lasting impact through our knowledge and expertise.

In the role of manager Real Estate & Construction, you are a full partner for our clients and you build strong relationships of trust. Furthermore, you will apply your experience and commercial ability to raising our practice to a higher level in the South-West region (The Hague and Rotterdam offices). As a manager with an advisory focus, you are the first point of contact for many clients in your varied portfolio. You enjoy client contact and are curious about what is happening within our clients' organizations.  Together with your colleagues, you work on diverse tax issues, looking beyond just the theory. You align your advice with the client's business and offer practical solutions. In many cases, you work together with various team members and (tax) specialists, in which you enjoy fulfilling the coordinating role. You also actively contribute to the expansion of our beautiful client portfolio from a commercial focus.
