Valuer Tech & Operational Real Estate

• Approximately 2-5 years of relevant work experience within commercial real estate, for example as an appraiser, appraiser in training, or real estate advisor;
• Currently pursuing the Registered Valuer (RT) qualification or an ambition to complete it in the short term;
• Affinity with hotels, operation-dependent real estate, and/or financial information is a plus;
• Numerical insight and advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Valid Dutch driver's license B;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Analytical and client-oriented, result-oriented, and strong communicator.

To strengthen our Valuation & Advisory team within the Specialist Markets division, we are looking for an enthusiastic mid-level appraiser. Are you currently pursuing your Registered Valuer (RT) qualification or do you want to complete it soon? Do you already have several years of relevant experience and do you want to further develop within hospitality and operational real estate? Then we would love to meet you.

What will you do?
You will independently carry out appraisal assignments for commercial real estate in Specialist Markets, with a focus on operational real estate, such as event venues and parking garages. Assignments may consist of portfolio appraisals, appraisals for purchase or sale, rent reviews, financing, (re)development projects, and market research. You will use specialized calculation models and make use of our internal research department and current market information to provide optimal advice to clients.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues, receive responsibility for your own assignments, and get space to further develop towards a senior role. As you grow, you will become increasingly involved in client contact, relationship management, and the supervision of junior appraisers and interns.
