Manager Financial Due Diligence

• You have completed a university degree (WO) in (technical) business administration, accountancy, econometrics, or (business) economics.

• You have at least 6 years of work experience in the Due Diligence practice at a professional services provider.

With the entry of private equity firm Inflexion, Baker Tilly is fully committed to the strategic growth of the organization. In the context of this growth ambition, we are looking for new colleagues to expand our corporate finance practice, who will make an active contribution to building and further developing the practice. The corporate finance practice operates nationally, and based on your place of residence, you will be responsible for servicing clients and Baker Tilly offices located in your region.

As Manager Financial Due Diligence, you advise our clients and offer out-of-the-box alternatives in the field of mergers and acquisitions by providing insight into the risks involved in the purchase and sale of a company. You are therefore also responsible for managing the due diligence process, directing and coaching the due diligence team, and preparing due diligence reports. The team consists of 20 dedicated professional colleagues and 10 advisors with tax or legal expertise. Thus, multidisciplinary work is performed in such trajectories.

You have intensive contact with our clients, you guide them as well as possible during trajectories, and you therefore fulfill a role as a trusted advisor. Through your advisory talent, you can inspire clients and build a sustainable relationship with them. In doing so, you make use of your experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance, or business development.

Baker Tilly Corporate Finance focuses on the following disciplines: M&A, Due Diligence, Valuation & Modeling, and Financing & Restructuring. Our clients are primarily among family-/DGA-owned companies, mid-market PE, and medium-sized not-for-profit institutions.
