The role

What will you be doing?

As a Service Engineer, you ensure that our advanced packaging machines and lines function optimally worldwide. Following the internal assembly, testing phase, and shipment of the customer-specific machine, you guide the entire process: from installation through to the startup process at the customer's site.

Your duties consist of:

  • the independent installation of machines and lines

  • testing and commissioning

  • ensuring a smooth transition to operational status

In doing so, you are the ultimate visiting card to the customer. Thanks to your expertise and eye for detail, our machines not only meet the highest quality standards but also align perfectly with the customer's wishes.

Additionally, you work closely with colleagues from the software, mechanical, and hardware departments to continuously implement improvements and optimizations. Your analytical ability and problem-solving insight make the difference - especially when malfunctions occur after installation.

In short: you are the indispensable link in the successful delivery of our high-quality packaging solutions.
