• A gross internship allowance of € 750 per month.

The internship as Guest Experience Host is undoubtedly the most varied position in the hotel. You are involved in daily affairs in the broadest sense. You know what is happening, you arrange everything our guests need, and you know how to connect the right people. You oversee the hotel and, if necessary, handle compliments, complaints, and problems. Additionally, you monitor the quality of our service, always striving for improvement. You are critical, but always assume the positive. Moreover, you find solutions for the most diverse bottlenecks. You are co-responsible for the operational execution of large events and maintain contact with guests, trainers, and congress organizers during these events.

• You are available for a period of at least four months.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English.
• You have charisma; guests approach you easily and vice versa!
• You are creative and have an eye for detail.
• Doing that little bit of extra is exactly what makes you happy.
• You are resilient; there is no complaint that you cannot resolve.
• Dealing with people is in your nature and you enjoy knowing all the ins and outs of the city.
