Work Preparer

• A good salary between € 5000,- and € 6500,- per month, depending on your experience.

As a Senior Work Preparer, you are responsible for the preparation, monitoring, and adjustment of our projects. You are an important sparring partner for the project manager and site manager, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You handle procurement, draw up schedules, manage project files, and support work budgets, work and inspection plans, and extra and reduced work.

In this role, you share responsibility for maintaining client relationships and supporting commercial processes. You actively think along regarding tenders, execution strategies, and market opportunities. With your knowledge of the region and contacts within municipalities, clients, and other stakeholders, particularly in the Rotterdam region, you make an essential contribution to successfully securing and realizing projects.
