As an Engineer at Allinq, you are responsible for designing, preparing, and realizing network infrastructure in and around Schiphol. You translate location data, requirements, and business needs into actionable designs and work plans. With your work, you contribute directly to reliable, future-proof networks and the success of our telecom and infra projects.
You create engineering packages for both overhead and underground networks and translate location and project data into technically well-founded plans. You perform site surveys, calculate material requirements, create HLD/LLD drawings in AutoCAD, draft work plans and calculations, and monitor planning, costs, and quality. Additionally, you maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress and correct execution.
These are the main tasks for the Infra Engineer:
Performing and elaborating site surveys on location.
Designing overhead and underground networks, including technical drawings.
Drafting calculations, quotes, and work plans.
Determining material requirements and ordering them.
Monitoring lead times, costs, and quality within projects.
Coordinating with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
You have at least an MBO background and at least one year of experience as an engineer in telecom, infra, or a similar technical environment. You have knowledge of both overhead and underground infrastructures. You enjoy working with systems and automation, are accurate, and like to think along about optimization and improvements. In a complex environment, possibly with safety requirements, you are critical and goal-oriented.
What we ask of you:
Mbo+ working and thinking level.
At least one year of experience as an engineer in Telecom/infra.
Knowledge of workflow management processes & systems.
Knowledge of both underground and overhead infrastructures.
Knowledge of the airport is a plus.
You enjoy working with automated systems and quickly master them yourself.
You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
Additionally, you are critical given the challenging environment in which you will be working and are proactive in suggesting improvement and optimization projects.
A certificate of good conduct (VGB) is required to be able to start in this position.
