You are authorized to perform notarial acts or will become so shortly.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

A salary between €5,804 and €8,405 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience, based on 40 hours per week. Supplemented with excellent secondary benefits, including 28 vacation days, study leave days, and two fixed leave days.

The role

You will start as an experienced Real Estate Trainee Notary in a vibrant real estate practice where you will advise medium to large enterprises, governments, and healthcare institutions on diverse real estate issues. You will receive immediate responsibility, intensive client contact, and the space to grow further within the notary profession.

What you'll do

You will work, among others, for healthcare institutions, governments, educational institutions, port companies, estate owners, land management organizations, and commercial parties.
You will draft deeds, letters, and legal advice within the real estate practice.
You will advise clients on real estate transactions, real estate financing, and transactions.
You will work intensively with colleagues within the team and maintain frequent contact with clients.
You will further develop yourself within the practice, whereby the complexity and diversity of files will increase over time.
