- You are strong analytically and work accurately;
- You are proficient with Excel and PowerPoint;
- You are proactive and can handle deadlines well;

The role
Are you analytical, curious, and do you have an affinity for food and consumer behavior? At Nestlé Baby Food, you will get the chance to work on brands that make the lives of parents and their babies a little bit better every day. With your fresh perspective, you will help position our products even better in the market, contribute to the strategy, and develop your own skills.
Nestlé is more than what you see on the shelf. As the largest FMCG company worldwide, we are committed to sustainability, health, and innovation. Think of reducing plastic, supporting local farmers, or developing plant-based nutrition. Working at Nestlé means contributing to a better future, on the table and beyond.
What you'll do
In the Baby Food department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Category Management intern as of February 1, 2027. Do you want to discover how we, as an international market leader, respond to consumer trends and shelf strategies at retailers? Then this is your chance!
As a Category Management intern, you will get the chance to gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of FMCG and baby food. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain to optimally position our brands on the shelf, and you will provide support with various tasks, including:
- Analyzing market data and trends and performing quantitative analyses to gain insight into the baby food market and thus optimally organize the shelf at the retailer.
- Developing marketing and promotion strategies to increase the sales and market share of our baby food products.
- Conducting market research and consumer analyses to understand the needs and preferences of parents and babies.
- Preparing reports and presentations to evaluate the performance of our baby food category and make recommendations for improvement.
Who are you?
You have an analytical mindset and work accurately, with an eye for detail. You quickly grasp what the data is telling you and can set up analyses independently. Additionally, you are proactive and work well both independently and in a team. With your communication skills, you know how to share insights clearly and understandably with colleagues, managers, and external partners.
What do we offer you?
The vacancy offers more than just a challenge:
- A full-time internship (40 hours per week) for 6 months;
- 10 vacation days based on 6 months;
- An internship allowance of €800 per month based on full-time;
- Travel allowance;
- Good food, good life: daily free fruit and healthy meals;
- A work laptop;
- Nestlé Internship Training Plan focused on your development;
- A pleasant, informal working environment with friendly colleagues and social activities;
- A close-knit intern community with fun activities.
Lastly, respect is central to the culture of Nestlé; an important part of that is room for differences. Differences in the people who buy our products and in those on our shop floor. We find it important that everyone feels welcome and at home at Nestlé. So, have you become just as enthusiastic as we are? Then apply now!
