• Marketing & Communication: Want to work on campaigns that reach millions of customers daily? Within Marketing & Communication, you will get the chance to gain experience at an organization with an award-winning marketing approach, including a Golden Effie for marketing strategy. There are various internships available; for example, you can support the development and execution of campaigns, create content for various channels, analyze results and collaborate on social media and employer branding projects.
• HR: Within HR, you will be fully involved in the team and receive a lot of responsibility. You will support recruitment and employer branding communication, assist with HR processes and work on projects in the areas of leadership, learning & development, vitality, safety and organizational culture.
• E-commerce: Do you want to contribute to the online growth of well-known retail brands? Then an internship within E-commerce is for you. You will support the setup and optimization of online campaigns, analyze website performance and customer behavior and much more!
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Our supply chain is among the largest and most innovative in the Benelux. During our various graduation internships within Supply Chain & Logistics, you can gain insight into the entire flow of goods: from supplier to distribution center and store. You can conduct research into process improvements, optimization projects and operational issues.
• ICT, Data & Analytics: Are you interested in technology, data and innovation? Within ICT, Data & Analytics, you will work on analyses, dashboards, data-driven decision-making and smart technological solutions. You will get the chance to gain experience with large datasets, business issues and innovative projects that have an impact on the entire organization.
• Trading: Within Trading, you will work at the commercial heart of the organization. You will support assortment management, analyze market, customer and sales data and help identify commercial opportunities. Additionally, you will work together with suppliers, support product introductions and promotions and learn how pricing, assortment and purchasing decisions are made.
