Adjust's Construction & Infra traineeship: help build the infrastructure of tomorrow

• A training budget for two years of €5,000/year;

• A 32+8 work week, in which you spend 8 hours weekly on your professional and personal development;

• Participation in the Adjust Academy;

• Personal and substantive guidance, including coaching by certified coaches;

• A starting salary of € 3,000 gross per month based on 40 hours. With a completed master's, you start at € 3,150 gross per month. Additionally, you can count on fixed salary steps that grow along with your development;

• 25 vacation days, with the possibility to buy or sell a maximum of 5 non-statutory days annually;

The Construction & Infra traineeship is no standard traineeship: it is your springboard to a career as a consultant within Construction & Infrastructure. In two years, you will grow into a professional who understands complex projects, connects people, and realizes sustainable solutions. You learn by doing, develop through training, coaching, knowledge sharing, and AI tools, and make an immediate impact on leading projects.

The Netherlands faces major spatial challenges. The energy transition, climate adaptation, housing construction, and the development of our infrastructure demand professionals who can translate complex issues into concrete solutions. Your knowledge and expertise are needed for this.

Your career does not begin behind a desk, but in the middle of the projects that make the Netherlands accessible, safe, and future-proof. As a consultant, you contribute to projects that move the Netherlands forward, from complex infrastructural projects and area developments to projects within mobility, water, and energy.

At Adjust Construction & Infra, we set these challenges in motion from A to Z. We do this across various disciplines: contract management, technical management, environmental management, and project control. With our expertise, we maintain a grip on the future. In this way, our professionals contribute to leading projects such as the Zuidasdok, the IJmuiden Lock Complex, and the widening of the A27 Houten-Hooipolder.

During your Traineeship, you will dive into the heart of practice for 2 years. No dry theory from the sidelines, but directly helping to build the infrastructure of tomorrow.

Year 1

From day one, we will look together at which role and discipline best align with your talents and ambitions. You will discover where your strength lies, develop essential skills, and, together with your coach, create a personal development plan. Your first assignment will immediately provide you with valuable practical experience. Additionally, you will build connections with your colleagues. This is how you learn from experienced consultants and discover what Adjust and the Construction & Infra sector have to offer you. In this way, you build a solid foundation for your career, step by step.

Year 2

You will actively discover where you thrive best. Based on your experiences and development from the first year, you will deepen your knowledge and determine more and more clearly which direction within Construction & Infra aligns with your ambitions. The traineeship gives you everything to grow in this: challenging assignments, training from your personal development budget, guidance from experienced consultants, and a close community of fellow "Future Builders" with whom you share knowledge and experiences. In this way, you increasingly give direction to your future.

You possess sufficient curiosity, ambition, and the drive to continuously develop yourself. You enjoy delving into complex issues, collaborating with various stakeholders, and helping to build projects that make an impact on the future of the Netherlands.

• The possibility to work from abroad for a maximum of two consecutive weeks once a year (workation);
