The role
Do you get energy from helping customers and do you love varied telephone and chat contact? Do you enjoy truly moving customers forward with clear explanations and advice, and do you like to apply your commercial skills in the process? Then the position of Insurance Customer Service Representative is perfect for you.
What you'll do
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you are the primary point of contact for our customers. You help them with various questions and actively think along to help them forward as best as possible. For example, think of:
- Supporting technical questions, such as requesting a product
- Providing explanations about our services and products
- Closing appropriate solutions, for example a car insurance policy
- "How is the coverage of my travel insurance arranged if I travel outside of Europe?"
- "How many claim-free years have I accumulated?"
- "I have made an adjustment to my home, am I well insured now?"
How you'll work
Every day starts at 09:00 with a joint daily start. This is the moment to look ahead together: what is on the schedule today, which tasks are we taking on, and where do the priorities lie? Sometimes we use this daily start as a learning break, in which you get quiet time to go through your emails and update the latest news. This way, you always start your workday clear and well-prepared.
The largest part of your work revolves around inbound customer contact. You work according to a fixed schedule, so you know exactly what your day looks like. Between telephone calls, you also participate in activities that help you grow further, such as Bilaterals with your manager, sessions to improve the quality of conversations, and coaching to further develop your skills. Additionally, we give you the space to think along about improving processes. We believe that satisfied customers and satisfied employees reinforce each other. Your ideas to improve our service delivery and your own work experience are therefore more than welcome.
Your profile
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you are driven to get the best out of yourself and work daily with passion to move our customers, colleagues, and the organization forward. You know how to solve complex customer and employee issues structurally and efficiently, while placing a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Continuous learning and improvement are a matter of course for you, and with your right competencies and mindset, you offer our customers optimal service and advice, specifically in the field of personal loans and private non-life insurance.
Additionally, you are/have
- Affinity with customer contact and digital services
- Commercial insight and strong communication skills
- Available from 11 May 2026
