What we're looking for

Knowledge and experience: you have a higher professional education (HBO) level, experience with ERP and business software, and preferably extensive experience with Exact Online. You are accustomed to advising clients independently and guiding implementation or improvement trajectories.
Digital skills and abilities: you translate software possibilities into practical solutions, analyze business processes, and know how to bring entrepreneurs along in change and optimization.
Mentality: you are entrepreneurial, take ownership, and feel at home in an environment with a lot of freedom and responsibility. In addition, you combine customer orientation with commercial sensitivity and see opportunities to help clients further.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Salary: between € 3,615 and € 6,992 gross per month for a full-time employment.
Freedom of choice in leave: you decide how many days off you take, up to 38 per year.
Home office budget of € 550 for a pleasant and ergonomic workspace at home.
€ 2.45 home office allowance per day plus € 40 net internet allowance per month.

What you'll do

What are you going to do as an IT Consultant Exact & Business Processes in Aalsmeer?

You provide multidisciplinary support and advise SME entrepreneurs on the setup, optimization, and future-proofing of their business software and business processes. You identify opportunities, take initiative and responsibility, and demonstrate ownership towards clients and assignments. In doing so, you work extensively with Exact Online and similar ERP solutions. You analyze processes, guide implementations and optimization trajectories, and act as a sparring partner for entrepreneurs, management teams, and other stakeholders.

Advising SME entrepreneurs on business processes, digitalization, and the use of business software such as Exact Online.
Guiding implementation, optimization, and improvement trajectories.
Analyzing and improving administrative and operational processes.
Acting as a sparring partner for entrepreneurs, boards, and management teams.
Identifying advisory and growth opportunities within existing clients.
Collaborating with specialists from other fields to provide integral support to clients.
Contributing to the further development of our IT services.
Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships.
