Requirements
What we're looking for
Proven experience in tender management
Work experience in project administration and control in a technical environment
Knowledge of risk management, contract management, and project management
Experience with WBS and PBS techniques (project management training)
VCA VOL
Education & certifications
HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking in engineering, business administration, law, or similar

The role
As a Tender Manager, you translate client wishes into winning proposals. You lead the tender process from opportunity to submission. You coordinate multidisciplinary teams and partners and monitor planning and quality. You identify procurement opportunities and develop strategies based on client and competitor analysis. You write persuasive documentation that presents our offer sharply.

What you'll do
Identifying and analyzing potential procurement opportunities that align with our expertise and strategic goals
Leading the tender process, including creating schedules, assembling multidisciplinary tender teams, and monitoring deadlines
Developing and executing winning strategies based on thorough client and competitor analyses
Coordinating the input of various departments within Vialis, such as sales, engineering, and legal affairs, to produce high-quality tender documentation
Coordinating partners and suppliers to arrive at the ultimate offer
Drafting and editing persuasive tender documentation, including quotes, presentations, and additional content
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
