Service Advisor/Warehouse Worker | Kia Den Haag

Do you enjoy being in contact with customers, but also like working behind the scenes to ensure everything regarding parts is well-managed?

For Kia Den Haag, we are looking for a new colleague for a varied combined role as a Service Advisor and warehouse worker.

As a Service Advisor, you are a point of contact for customers who come to us for maintenance or repair.
You listen to the customer, ensure clear coordination, and maintain contact with the workshop regarding the work being done on the car.

At the same time, you provide support in the parts warehouse.
You ensure that the correct parts are available for the workshop and assist in managing and organizing the warehouse.
In the absence of the warehouse worker, you can take over the activities in the warehouse.

In doing so, you work with parts for both Kia and Voyah Dongfeng.
As a result, you have a lot of contact with customers, mechanics, and other colleagues, and you are an important link between the workshop, the warehouse, and our customers.

• You have an affinity for customer contact and enjoy guiding customers regarding maintenance and service;

• You have an affinity for parts and contact with colleagues in the workshop;

• You can maintain an overview and ensure that the warehouse remains neat and organized;

• You are willing to take over the duties of the warehouse worker during absences;

• You can switch effectively between tasks for the service desk and the warehouse;

• You enjoy working together with colleagues and ensure good coordination between the customer, workshop, and parts warehouse.

• A varied combined role in which customer contact and parts management come together;

• A position in which you work closely with colleagues from the workshop and service;

• Responsibility within the parts warehouse;

• Work involving parts for both Kia and Voyah Dongfeng;
