(Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist– Breda or Nieuwegein

WSP Netherlands is a leading engineering and consultancy firm that is growing rapidly. To further support this growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Someone who sees recruitment as a strategic field, understands organizations, and makes a difference with expertise, persuasiveness, and decisiveness.

In this role, you will combine operational recruitment activities with stakeholder management, advisory, and international collaboration. Your location is Breda or Nieuwegein and you will work together with an experienced recruitment team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process. From the moment a vacancy arises until the signing of the employment contract, you take the lead. You ensure that vacancies are filled quickly, effectively, and with an eye for quality.

You work closely with hiring managers, HR, and Finance to map out personnel needs in a timely manner and determine the right recruitment strategy. In doing so, you play an important role in the organization's workforce planning.

Additionally, you are a strong sparring partner for the business. Based on labor market information, data, and your own expertise, you advise stakeholders on the best approach. You bring structure to complex issues, think in solutions, and ensure clarity, even in a dynamic environment.

You are continuously working on improving recruitment results. By monitoring KPIs, identifying trends, and converting insights into concrete actions, you optimize processes and increase both the quality of inflow and the candidate experience. In doing so, you also keep a close eye on recruitment budgets.

You also play an important role in strengthening the candidate journey and WSP's employer brand. You ensure a professional, transparent, and positive experience for candidates and actively contribute to initiatives that position WSP as an attractive employer within the Dutch market.

In addition to your activities in the Netherlands, you will work with colleagues from other countries on international Talent Acquisition initiatives. In collaboration with the Central Europe Talent Acquisition team , you will contribute to international projects, share best practices, and help to further professionalize recruitment processes. In doing so, you contribute to the further development of a more uniform and internationally aligned Talent Acquisition organization.

We are looking for a professional who:

• Has experience within Talent Acquisition or Recruitment;

• Is strong in stakeholder management within complex (international) matrix organizations;

• Has demonstrable experience with end-to-end recruitment;

• Works in a data-driven, independent, and solution-oriented manner;

• Preferably has experience in an international environment;

• Brings energy, shows initiative, and enjoys collaborating.
