Geotechnical Engineer (Lead / Senior)

As Lead Geotechnics, you are the expert who translates soil investigation into smart designs and innovative solutions. You ensure that bridges, tunnels, wind farms, and urban expansions not only stand firm today but are also ready for the future.

You are the face of geotechnics within our projects. From complex infrastructure to construction pits: you advise, coordinate, and inspire. You work together with a team of driven geotechnical engineers and act as a sparring partner for clients. Safety, sustainability, and quality are always central to your approach.

In this challenging role, you connect various geotechnical specialists working across our business units and serve as a central point of knowledge for the development of our technical expertise.

You possess the ability to motivate and provide direction to teams, even when you are not their direct manager. With your technical knowledge, you provide stability for our organization; additionally, you have:

• Experience as a geotechnical engineer in complex projects.

• Experience with advanced 2D/3D Plaxis models and their effective use within design and execution processes

• A curious outlook and the drive to find innovative solutions.
