Stage Groups & Incentives

Are you always the one in your friend group or family who maps out the holidays and arranges everything? Do you have a passion for organizing, and are you meticulous and flexible? Then we are looking for you!

As a working intern in Groups & Incentives, you will assist in organizing unique tailor-made trips, events, and incentives for various groups. Think of marathon trips for Moev and KiKa, but also completely customized group trips.

Your tasks

• You maintain contact with customers and suppliers
• You prepare quotes and confirmations for group trips
• You request information and product offerings from airlines, hotels, and local agents
• You negotiate with suppliers and identify (payment) issues
• You draw up itineraries and maintain the CRM system
• You process options, final reservations, and new quote requests
• You handle travel documents and support project management

• You get plenty of opportunities to improve your skills through training
• With guidance from experienced colleagues, you will acquire new knowledge
• You work in a dynamic environment where it is never boring. You meet people from different departments, which expands your network

• You will receive an internship allowance of 550 euros gross based on 40 hours

• You are following a higher professional education (HBO) program in Tourism or Business Management
• You are proactive and stress-resistant
• You can work independently and as part of a team
• You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• You are proficient in Word and Excel
• You are available for a working internship starting from February 2027
