What you'll get
An educational and dynamic internship position within a professional QC laboratory, where you will contribute directly to method development and optimization so that our products can be safely released. You will get the chance to gain practical experience with analytical techniques, method development, and working within a GMP environment.
In addition, you will receive an internship allowance of €450 per month.

The role
Our Quality Control Pre Production Hub (QC Pre-Hub) department is looking for an enthusiastic, communicative, and analytically strong intern who wants to gain experience in a laboratory environment.
What does QC Pre-Hub do?
Among other things, QC Pre-Hub is involved in method development and optimization to ensure that analytical methods are suitable for application within QC and meet the set specifications (such as SAMR, CNAS, ISO 17025). By using validated methods, critical data analysis, and careful documentation, QC Pre-Hub ensures that new and adapted methods can be reliably implemented in the release environment.
What are you going to do?
What you'll do
As an intern, you will participate within QC Pre-Hub and develop yourself in the fields of method development, analytical chemistry / microbiology, and data analysis.
Your activities consist of, among other things:
Supporting method development and optimization (e.g., HPLC, GC, ICP, wet chemistry, and microbiological detection and counting methods)
Performing tests in the context of method development and verification
Processing, analyzing, and interpreting development data based on ISO standards
Setting up and documenting experiments and test plans
Recording results in reports and supporting method transfer to QC
Supporting the investigation of deviations during development processes
Contributing to the continuous improvement of methods and procedures within QC Pre-Hub
