Requirements

What we're looking for

You possess at least an MBO level of working and thinking with a technical background (e.g., Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering).
You are a problem solver and possess persuasiveness.
You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages.
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in (petro)chemistry and knowledge of NEN standards, ATEX, and QA/QC.

A monthly salary of at least €3,952 to a maximum of €7,247.
8.33% holiday allowance.

What you'll do

As Field Supervisor, you are the driving force behind the safe and timely execution of technical projects at our terminals. You manage subcontractors, closely monitor progress, and ensure that technical specifications and safety requirements are always met. You are the crucial link between the internal customer and the execution in the field.

Coordinating and controlling the activities of subcontractors in accordance with HSE and quality plans.
Acting as the first point of contact at the work location, where you hold start-of-work meetings and oversee the LMRA.
Monitoring progress, quality, and time registration, and proactively communicating bottlenecks or budget issues to the project team.
Ensuring safety in the field and ensuring flawless preparation of permit applications and work folders.
