What we're looking for

You possess an MBO 4 level of working and thinking.
You excel in planning, organizing, and working efficiently. You are decisive, have strong problem-solving skills, and take personal responsibility for safety at all times.
You have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages.
You have 5 years of relevant work experience within Engineering and Maintenance.
You have knowledge of related standards (including NEN1010, NEN3140, ATEX) and possess VCA-VOL.

What you'll get

A gross annual salary of at least €57,588 to a maximum of €96,415 based on knowledge and experience.
8.33% holiday allowance.

What you'll do

As Maintenance Coordinator, you are the hub in the technical web and you functionally manage approximately 5 external employees. Your main goal is the smooth coordination of and supervision of all (periodic) maintenance, repairs, and modifications to our buildings, installations, and equipment. You are the one who ensures that the continuity of our business processes always remains safely guaranteed!

You coordinate the daily maintenance activities: you distribute the work smartly, monitor progress, and prepare work permits.
You assess malfunctions decisively, arrange (emergency) repairs, and assemble complete work packages for this (including materials and services).
You closely monitor the budgets and ensure flawless maintenance administration, from time tracking to invoice verification.
You are our ambassador for safety and strictly oversee compliance with all safety and environmental regulations for a clean and safe working environment.
