As a Regional Receptionist at PCH, you will work at various locations in Lieren, Rijssen, and Holten. You are the visiting card of our clients and ensure that visitors and colleagues feel welcome. With your hospitable attitude and service-oriented mindset, you ensure that the reception runs smoothly and everyone feels immediately at ease.
Precisely because you work at multiple locations, no two days are the same. You meet different people, get to know various work environments, and have a lot of variety in your work. This allows you to combine your talent for hospitality with a versatile role in which you truly make a difference.
With us, you are given the space to utilize and further develop your talents. You switch effortlessly between different tasks, work independently, and have an eye for detail. Hospitality is in your nature and you enjoy providing visitors and colleagues with a pleasant experience.
You will work for a versatile integrated service provider within the facility real estate and parking market. For clients throughout the country. Our people are the face of PCH. Service providers who go that extra mile. With attention. With craftsmanship. And with a smile. Because we find a fifth impression at least as important as the first. And we believe sincerely in engaged and personal service.
As an employer, we also truly pay attention to you. That might sound logical, but with us, it is not just something we say. We are curious about who you are, what you are good at, and where you want to grow. We continue to engage in conversation with you. We know each other. And we do it together.
Your DNA matches ours. You are someone who takes responsibility, is open to feedback, and likes to be in motion. Someone who dares to learn and to do. Your ideas are welcome and initiative is appreciated. The match does not stop at PCH. You are at least as good a match with our client. Because that is where it happens. In the client's building. Where our work matters. Under the eye of the end user. That is where you make the difference and you are, every single day, the visiting card of PCH.
You are the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues. You receive guests with a smile, answer the phone, process the mail, and support various reception tasks, such as access management and managing the central mailbox. Additionally, you provide support where necessary with light catering tasks, such as arranging a coffee reception or setting out a lunch. You also ensure that the pantry and meeting rooms look neat and well-maintained.
You are available for at least 20 hours per week. Working days are scheduled in consultation and are spread over 4 to 5 days per week. Because you work at various locations in Lieren, Rijssen, and Holten, possession of a driver's license is a hard requirement.
You possess (v)MBO level of work and thought
Good command of the English and/or Dutch language
You enjoy filling in for existing teams in the Lieren, Holten, and Rijssen regions
Do we match and have you become enthusiastic? Great! Then don't wait any longer and apply!
You work in a friendly team with colleagues from reception, catering, and cleaning. The team leader and facility manager are also part of the team. The atmosphere is informal, with plenty of room for appreciation, respect, and fun. We look out for one another, help each other where necessary, and believe that together we can get a little better every day.
