• Knowledge of mechanical technology. Knowledge of electrical engineering and control technology is a plus.

Will you keep our asphalt plant running?

For our asphalt plant APH bv in Hoogblokland, we are looking for an Asphalt Plant Mechanic. Are you technically minded, do you enjoy solving malfunctions, and do you like working in a dynamic production environment? Then we are looking for you.

What you'll do

As an Asphalt Plant Mechanic, you are responsible for the maintenance of our installations and ensure that production can run as reliably as possible. You will work at a modern asphalt plant where technology, sustainability, and innovation come together.

Your duties include

• Preventive and corrective maintenance on installations and machines;

• Locating and resolving mechanical and electrical malfunctions;

• Carrying out inspections and technical checks;

• Thinking along about improvements to installations and processes;

• Supporting overhauls and major maintenance work;

• Collaborating with operators, planners, and external maintenance parties;

• Contributing to a safe and tidy working environment.

Who are you?

You are a practical technician who likes to roll up your sleeves. You do not get stressed easily during a malfunction and derive satisfaction from solving technical challenges. Additionally, you enjoy working with colleagues and thinking along about improvements.
