Junior Process Coordinator

Are you someone who loves to bring structure and wants to learn how large infrastructural projects are kept manageable? As a Junior Process Coordinator, you will get the chance to develop yourself as a linchpin in the web of processes and systems, under the guidance of experienced colleagues and the Project Control Manager.

As a junior process coordinator within our infrastructural projects, you support the team in ensuring project processes run smoothly. You will learn how processes are set up project-specifically based on our Quality Management System (QMS) and the unique needs of each project. Step by step, you will build knowledge around process coordination, quality assurance, and information management.

You work closely with internal teams and will gradually also have contact with the client, for example during requirement validation sessions or risk sessions. You contribute to ensuring that information is properly recorded, shared, and applied.

Your tasks at a glance

• Supporting the setup and implementation of project-specific processes based on the QMS.

• Helping project teams in following and applying work processes.

• Participating in audits, quality controls, and document management.

• Collecting process data and helping to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Supporting client contact during, among other things, requirement validation and risk sessions.

• Working with digital systems and tools for process and information management.

• Contributing to efficient collaboration between different disciplines.

You are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and driven. You have an affinity for processes and structure, and are not afraid to ask questions and take initiative. Experience is not a requirement - the right attitude counts.

You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Completed or nearly completed MBO+/HBO education, preferably in the field of Technical Business Administration, Public Administration, or Integrated Quality Management

• Interest in process management, quality management, information and document management, or Systems Engineering

• Analytically minded and curious - you want to understand how things work and where they can be improved

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
