The role

Therefore, we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn junior process operator who has completed their training and wants to make a difference together with us.

What you'll do

As a junior process operator, you ensure that our plant runs safely and efficiently. You will work in an innovative and result-oriented environment, where safety and sustainability come first.

What will you do?

Operating and monitoring the production process (GGBS, blended, and special products)
Operating a loader (shovel)
Executing start-up and shut-down procedures
Setting and adjusting process parameters for optimal production and quality
Hourly registration of production data
Taking and analyzing samples for quality control
Inspecting installations during production
Identifying and reporting deviations in process or quality
Supporting maintenance activities and general cleanliness of the plant
