Process Coordinator

As a Process Coordinator, you ensure that project processes are set up, applied, and monitored according to the KMS. You coordinate audits, quality controls, and document management, and keep information flows in order. You facilitate requirements validation and risk sessions with the client. Together with various disciplines, you ensure that work processes are followed and that information is correctly recorded and shared.

• Set up processes specifically for projects based on KMS and project needs

• Support project teams in following work processes

• Coordinate audits, quality controls, and document management

• Facilitate client contact during requirements validation and risk sessions

• Manage digital systems and tools for process and information management

• Contribute to efficient collaboration between different disciplines

• €4,570 - €6,930 gross per month based on full-time

• Electric lease car for business and private use

• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days (full-time)

• Direct involvement in requirements validation and risk sessions

• Completed MBO/HBO education, preferably in Technical Business Administration, Public Administration, or Integrated Quality Management

• Experience with large infrastructural projects

• You advise colleagues proactively and can convey the message in writing and orally, even when facing resistance

• Interest in process management, quality management, verification & validation, information and document management, risk management, Systems Engineering, and contract management

• Analytical ability and a broad perspective

• Experience at a contractor during the contract phase of projects is a plus
