The role

In short
Are you a true outdoors person, do you enjoy working together in an asphalt crew, and are you someone who likes to roll up their sleeves? Then we are looking for you.

Your job as a screedman
As a screedman, you operate the asphalt paver, which you do together with the operator. You are responsible for the screed. You are the specialist and know how to set the screed and what to look out for when laying the asphalt.

You are part of the asphalt crew and, together with your teammates, you are responsible for the quality and progress of the work, based on the agreements made with the asphalt supervisor and the established procedures. You are also responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, in accordance with the instructions in the manual.

Your qualities as a screedman

Available full-time
Enjoying working in a team
Recognized operator diploma or willing to obtain one
Flexible in deployment due to irregular working hours, such as night and weekend work
Environmentally conscious and able to handle materials efficiently.
Driving license B
