The role

For our joinery factory in Rijssen, we are looking for an Allround Production Worker. Are you a go-getter who loves working with your hands, has technical insight, and enjoys being deployed in different areas of the production process? Then we are looking for you!

At De Mors, we produce high-quality wooden window frames, windows, and doors daily. Because no two days are the same, we are looking for someone who is broadly deployable within our joinery factory and enjoys performing varied tasks.

What you'll do

As an Allround Production Worker, you will contribute to various tasks within our joinery factory. Depending on the planning and needs, you will be deployed to various workstations and departments.

Your duties may include

Processing and working with wood.
Assembling window frames, windows, and doors.
Performing assembly and finishing work.
Operating machines and tools.
Performing quality controls.
Supporting colleagues in different departments.
Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
Identifying improvements in the production process.

No two days are the same. It is precisely that variety that makes this position interesting.
